Five Points/Peachtree Center Station
For easy access to multiple MARTA stations and affordable housing, downtown Atlanta is the place to be, although there aren’t many grocery or retail options. Fairlie-Poplar is a historic district with condos and lofts that have extra character.
Civic Center/North Avenue Station
Centennial Hill, SoNo, Midtown and Old Fourth Ward are all neighborhoods near the Civic Center and North Avenue MARTA stations. There’s easy access to both downtown and Midtown Atlanta, although crime can be heavy the closer you are to Boulevard.

The two Buckhead-area MARTA stations are primarily near condos and townhomes, although single-family neighborhoods are near the Lenox MARTA station. Prices tend to be high due to the prime Buckhead location near malls and trendy restaurants.
Near Lenox Square Mall, Brookhaven has parks, stores and restaurants. The area is popular with families and young professionals with a mix of single-family and condo/townhome real estate. About a 10-minute walk from the MARTA station is the Brookhaven Village where you’ll find more condos.
With a historic downtown area and a mix of single-family houses and condos, Chamblee offers small-town and semi-suburban living close to Atlanta. A few parks, restaurants and stores, including Walmart, are in walking distance from the MARTA station.
Near Atlanta’s international food mecca (Buford Highway), the Doraville MARTA station has a small downtown area with a library, public pool and city offices. Traffic is heavy on the highway, and housing options are mostly single family.
Dunwoody/Sandy Springs/North Springs Stations
In a semi-suburban area, the Dunwoody, Sandy Springs and North Springs MARTA stations have many condo and townhome communities. Enjoy easy access to Perimeter Mall, retail stores and Ga. 400.
King Memorial Station
The hip and historic Cabbagetown, Grant Park and Sweet Auburn neighborhoods are all accessible from the King Memorial MARTA station. Choose from historic 1900s houses, lofts and condos.
Inman Park Station
The Inman Park MARTA station is near parks, retail stores, restaurants and nightlife with single family, townhome, loft and condo options. Reynoldstown has more affordable houses, but isn’t as safe as Inman Park.
Candler Park Station
The bungalow and park-filled neighborhoods of Candler Park and Edgewood are next to the Candler Park MARTA station. Both offer a variety of housing options for young professionals and families.
East Lake Station
