Many of the apartments are new in the area due to recent neighborhood revitalization. A mixed-used development is planned next to the station, so there will be more amenities and foot traffic in the future, though for now you have to leave the neighborhood to buy most your groceries. Neighborhood highlights include easy access to downtown Atlanta and the BeltLine in addition to outdoor recreation options at nearby Grant Park and Selena S. Butler Park.
