View the list of observed MARTA holidays with corresponding schedule changes and hours for 2020. In most cases, trains and buses operate on weekend schedules on holidays (trains every 20 minutes). You can view weekend and weekday rail schedules and bus schedules online or in the MARTA on the Go app.
Tip: We recommend using the real-time train arrival feature in the MARTA on the Go app or at marta.io for the best commute experience instead of relying on printed schedules.
Note: Most holiday schedules for 2020 have not been confirmed yet, but MARTA is already operating on a 20-minute train schedule all days of the week due to the pandemic. There is always service on holidays, and with this new schedule, the only changes might be a 6 a.m. start time if the holiday falls on a weekend.
