MARTA does not run 24 hours. Buses and trains stop at different times, and morning start times vary depending on if it is a weekday or weekend. See below information to learn more.
Train Hours
Train service ends each night after 1 a.m. The last trains depart from stations at different times starting around 1:15 a.m.
On weekdays, the first trains at the end-of-the-line stations start running around 4:45 a.m. This includes trains at the Airport, North Springs, Doraville, Hamilton E. Holmes and Indian Creek stations.
On weekends and most (but not all) holidays, the first trains start operating around 6 a.m.
Bus Hours
All bus service ends by midnight, with each route having a different end time. View bus schedules online to check on a specific route.
