Atlanta’s Black History Month Parade takes place on Feb. 25, 2017 in the Sweet Auburn historic district. The parade starts next to the King Center on Boulevard and travels via Decatur Street to Woodruff Park.
View transit directions to the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Site to reach the parade start. However, for an easier commute, take a blue or green line train to the Georgia State MARTA station. Exit the station via Piedmont Avenue and turn right. Less than a block away is the parade route.
At the end of the parade, enjoy festivities in Woodruff Park near the Five Points MARTA station.
