Decatur Beach Party
A great event for families and kids, the Decatur Beach Party is on Friday in downtown Decatur. From 5 to 11 p.m., enjoy 60 tons of sand, live music, boardwalk games and food trucks above the Decatur MARTA station.

Various Atlanta bike groups will meet on Friday at 6:30 p.m. at various locations around the city for a synchronous ride. The evening ends will all groups converging in Grant Park at Eventide Brewing for food trucks, beer and an art show. Woodruff Park is the One Ride starting location closest to MARTA. Bring your bike on the train and exit at the Five Points or Peachtree Center station.
Diplo @ The Gold Room
DJ Diplo will be at the Gold Room next to the Lindbergh Center MARTA station starting at 10 p.m. on Friday. Use the Main Street exit out of the station and walk south toward the skyline then turn left on Lindbergh Drive. Tunes From the Tombs
An annual event in Oakland Cemetery, Tunes From the Tombs (pictured above) is a music festival from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday. Performers include Arrested Development, Atlanta Funk Society, Dirty Doors Tribute Band and other cover bands playing music from the ’60s, ’70s and’80s.

Brit Floyd performs at the Fox on Saturday at 8 p.m. with a light show to go along with the Pink Floyd covers. Enjoy food or drinks before or after the concert for a complete night out (view restaurants near the North Avenue MARTA station).
Weird “Al” Yankovic
Head to the Fox Theatre again on Sunday evening for Weird “Al” Yankovic at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start around $60.
