There’s easy access to Georgia Tech, restaurants both in and around Tech Square and the Fox Theatre. Great for meetings and conferences, there’s also 21,000 square feet of space for events. Other amenities include an indoor pool and easy access to the free Tech Trolley that provides service to and from the Midtown MARTA station, although walking time is only six minutes from the North Avenue station via the 3rd Street/Fox Theatre exit.

One of the few five-star hotels in Atlanta, the Four Seasons is near the Arts Center MARTA station, High Museum of Art, office buildings, nightlife and restaurants in Midtown. This luxury hotel has a spa, indoor pool and one of the top-rated restaurants in the city, Park 75. Piedmont Park is also in walking distance if you are traveling with kids, want to sightsee or enjoy outdoor runs. Walking time from the MARTA station to the hotel is approximately eight minutes.
4. Renaissance Atlanta Midtown
The Renaissance Hotel in Midtown Atlanta is a boutique hotel with a terrace/rooftop lounge and bar, 24-hour fitness center and Aveda amenities. Closest to the Midtown MARTA station, the hotel is also near Georgia Tech, Tech Square, nightlife, restaurants and the Fox Theatre (less than 10 minutes away on foot).
