Shaky Beats is a multiple-day music festival featuring electronic, indie and hip-hop acts in Centennial Olympic Park. Two MARTA stations are in walking distance: Peachtree Center on the red/gold line and Dome/Philips Arena on the blue/green line.
Walking time from either station to the entrance gate is less than 10 minutes. From Peachtree Center, look for the John Portman (not Ellis) exit off the train platform, exit the fare gates and use the Peachtree Street West escalator. At street level, turn right on Peachtree Street and right at the next intersection on Andrew Young International Blvd.
From the Dome MARTA station, follow the signs to Philips Arena to exit the station and turn right at the top of the escalators to reach the stairs leading up to Centennial Olympic Park Drive. (Note there is a ramp up to the street behind the station entrance). Walk past Philips Arena and cross over Marietta Street to reach the entrance gate to the festival.
- After 8:30 p.m. trains are every 20 minutes and you must travel to the Lindbergh Center station to reach the red line train to North Springs.
- Lindbergh Center is a good place to park if you live north of the city or Inman Park or Candler Park on the blue line have the closest parking on the east side.
