The Atlanta Pride Festival is a yearly event held in and around Piedmont Park near the Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations. In addition to entertainment and a marketplace, one of the highlights is the Atlanta Pride Parade that takes place on Sunday of the festival weekend at noon.
See transit and walking directions to Piedmont Park to plan your commute to the festival. Walking time is at least 15 minutes to reach the festivities. Note that parking in the area is limited and reserved for residents on side streets, so MARTA, bike or walk is the way to go.
For the parade, use the Civic Center MARTA station to reach the starting point. You can also exit at the North Avenue and Midtown MARTA stations and walk to Peachtree Street or near the park on 10th Street to see the parade.
- Train frequency is every 20 minutes on the weekend. Use the MARTA on the Go app for real-time train arrivals.
- New Uber riders can use promo code MARTAGuide to get $20 off your first ride.
- Walk or bike the Atlanta BeltLine to the festival as another car-free option.
