The Atlanta Pride Festival is a yearly event held in and around Piedmont Park near the Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations. In addition to entertainment and a marketplace, one of the highlights is the Atlanta Pride Parade that takes place on Sunday of the festival weekend at noon.
See transit and walking directions to Piedmont Park to plan your commute to the festival. Walking time is at least 15 minutes to reach the festivities. Both train stations are on the red and gold rail lines. If your starting station is on the blue or green line, travel to Five Points and follow signs to the Northbound platform and get on the first arriving train.
For the parade, use the Civic Center MARTA station to reach the starting point. You can also exit at the North Avenue and Midtown MARTA stations and walk to Peachtree Street to see the parade.
- Train frequency is every 20 minutes on the weekend. Use the MARTA on the Go app for real-time train arrivals or online via marta.io
- New Uber riders can use promo code MARTAGuide to get $20 off your first ride.
- Walk or bike the Atlanta BeltLine to the festival as another car-free option.
