Atlanta’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade is a yearly event that takes place on Peachtree Street. Conveniently near multiple MARTA stations, the family-friendly includes floats, bands, dancers and Irish representatives from various groups.
To reach the start of the parade on MARTA, take any red or gold line train to the Arts Center MARTA station. Follow signs to the West Peachtree Street exit at street level and turn left on West Peachtree then left again on 15th Street. The parade start is less than a block up the street.
Or take the train to the Midtown MARTA station to reach the middle of the parade route. From the central station exit, turn right on 10th Street and walk less than a block to Peachtree Street. (If using the Federal Reserve exit, turn left on 10th Street).
