The Metropolitan Business and Arts District at 675 Metropolitan Parkway is a warehouse complex converted to residential lofts and commercial space with a focus on artists and galleries. It is a short walk from the West End MARTA station on the red/gold line, and is technically next to the station, but requires walking around a freight rail line to reach the buildings.
From the MARTA station, follow the signs to North Parking to exit the station and turn right on Lee Street. At the first intersection, turn right again on Glenn Street/Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. and a right on Metropolitan Parkway. The district is on the corner, walking time is approximately 10 minutes.
