Bankhead MARTA Station

The Bankhead MARTA station is at the end of the green rail line on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway (see map). The surrounding area is primarily residential and Proctor Creek is next to the station, which is another, yet rarely used, name for the green line.

To get to the Bankhead MARTA station, board a westbound Bankhead train at the Five Points MARTA station. The Bankhead train is a “short” train, and only travels as far east as the Candler Park MARTA station on weekdays and to the King Memorial on weekends. The Ashby MARTA station is the last transfer point to a Bankhead train.
