The Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is a historic mansion used for events and art classes at 980 Briarcliff Road. Built by the Candler family of Coca-Cola fame between 1917 and 1921, the building was later added to the National Register of Historic Places and is open to the public. In addition to a variety of classes, Callanwolde hosts annual events include Jazz on the Lawn, Christmas at Callanwolde and the Callanwolde Fine Arts Festival.

The closest MARTA station is the Inman Park MARTA station on the blue/green rail line, though Callanwolde is not in walking distance. Board bus 6 at the Inman Park or Lindbergh Center MARTA station to reach the building. Use Google Maps to get specific directions and number of stops on the bus to plan your trip.

You can also board bus 2 at the North Avenue or Decatur station and exit at Ponce de Leon and Briarcliff Road and walk about 13 minutes.
