- Bus 117 departs from the Avondale MARTA station and also travels on Rockbridge Road. The bus stops on Winn Drive, with a walking time of about two minutes to the entrance.
- Bus 123 departs from the Decatur MARTA station on the blue line and travels on Church Street, N. Decatur Road, Dekalb Industrial Way and Lawrenceville Highway with a stop at North Decatur Mall. This bus route has a stop next to the hospital entrance.
- Bus 36 travels between Emory University Hospital and Emory Decatur Hospital as a good option for travel between the two hospitals. Exit and board the buses on N. Decatur Road if commuting between the two, but the walking time to the Emory Decatur Hospital is longer than the above two options. You can also board bus 36 at the Decatur MARTA station and in the Morningside, Virginia-Highland and Midtown neighborhoods.
