MARTA to the Buckhead Village

The Buckhead Village is the historic residential and commercial area between Piedmont Road, Peachtree Road and Pharr Road. Closet to the Buckhead MARTA station, the area once contained a large number of bars and clubs. Today the village is anchored by the Buckhead Theatre and fewer, but higher end nightlife venues including Fado Irish Pub and Buckhead Bottle Bar and Bistro. Trader Joes is also in the mix along with Parkside at Buckhead (apartment community) along with Sobu Flats and Eclipse, two condo buildings.

Take a red line train to the Buckhead MARTA station (labelled ‘North Springs’ if you are travelling from the airport or downtown Atlanta). Once at the Buckhead Station, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to the village. Use the Peachtree Road exit and take the first stairway exit out of the station, turn right at and walk along Peachtree Road. Bus 110 travels the same route so you can also board the bus outside the station for free if transferring from the train or at any bus stop along Peachtree Road.
