The Garnett MARTA station is in downtown Atlanta at 225 Peachtree Street SW on the red and gold rail lines. Exit here for bus connections with Greyhound and Southeastern Stages. Otherwise, the immediate area is full of parking lots, bail bond buildings and government offices. Use caution and be aware of your surroundings when visiting the area as it is sparsely populated and in a very urban part of the city, however some redevelopment is starting to take place that will provide more housing and amenities.
Train Schedules
Train service starts around 5 a.m. on weekdays and 6 a.m. on weekends. As of March 30, 2020, train frequency is every 20 minutes until further notice. Use the MARTA on the Go app or marta.io for real-time train arrivals or view temporary train schedules.
