The Candler Park MARTA station is on the blue and green rail lines at 1475 Dekalb Avenue. The station is primarily in a residential area with historic homes and parks, with the Candler Park neighborhood on one side of the station and the Edgewood neighborhood on the other. Buses that depart the station provide additional access to the Kirkwood neighborhood, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highland and Ponce City Market. Or rent a Relay Bike next to the station to explore the area.
To reach the Candler Park MARTA station, connect with a blue or green line train (view rail map). If you are traveling from a station on the red or gold rail line, including from the Airport MARTA station, travel to the Five Points station and follow the signs to the eastbound platform. Board a train labeled “Edgewood/Candler Park” or “Indian Creek” there.
Trains are most frequent on weekdays between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. with service ending around 1 a.m. Plan your trip with Google Maps to get rail information.
