The Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA station is on the blue and green rail lines at 1475 Dekalb Avenue. The station is primarily in a residential area with historic homes and parks, with the Candler Park neighborhood on one side of the station and the Edgewood neighborhood on the other. A new mixed-used development is under construction next to the station, where you can currently rent an apartment (Spoke). Another perk is the Edgewood Retail District, which is in walking distance and has large retail stores including Target, Kroger, Best Buy and Ross Dress for Less.
