Turner Field is located at 755 Hank Aaron Drive SW, closest to the Georgia State MARTA station on the blue/green rail line. It is the current home of the Atlanta Braves and the starting location of several road races.
There are several ways to get to Turner Field without a car:
It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Turner Field from the Georgia State MARTA station on the blue/green rail line. Take the Piedmont Avenue exit out of the station and turn left and walk south until you reach the stadium. Bring your bike with you on MARTA for a faster commute.
If you’d rather not walk, but still want to beat the crowds, have Uber pick you up at the King Memorial or Georgia State station or at your home if you live in the nearby area. Use promo code MARTAGuide to get $20 off your first ride.
For the 2016 Atlanta Braves season, the Braves Shuttle will pick up passengers at the West End MARTA station on the red/gold rail line. It is a free transfer to the shuttle from the train or another bus. Just be sure to tap your Breeze Card when entering and exiting all stations. Otherwise, the bus fare is $2.50 one way. Bring exact change.
Bus 55 and bus 32 also depart from the Five Points station and go to Turner Field. Plan ahead and look at the bus schedules online to know departure times, or use the OneBusAway app for real-time arrivals of buses and MARTA on the Go app for real-time trains, schedules and maps.
