MARTA to the Atlanta Financial Center
The Atlanta Financial Center is located next to the N7 Buckhead MARTA station. If coming from the airport or from downtown, you must be on a train labeled “North Springs” to get to the Buckhead station, which is on the north/south red line.
Once exiting the fare gates at the station, keep walking straight ahead and take the pedestrian tunnel underneath Peachtree Road, bypassing the first set of stairs to street level. At the end of the tunnel go up the stairway and turn right to walk alongside Peachtree Street. The first driveway on the right will be for the Financial Center. Walking time is less than 5 minutes.

MARTA to Turner Broadcasting
Turner Broadcasting is located at 1050 Techwood Drive near the intersection with 10th Street (see map). It is in walking distance from the N4 Midtown MARTA station. Take the 10th Street exit out of the station and turn left (turn right if exiting the station via the Federal Reserve exit) onto 10th Street. Walk three blocks then turn right onto Techwood Drive. The walk is slightly less than a half mile.

MARTA to Tech Square
The Georgia Tech Technology Square is located in Midtown in between the N3 North Avenue and N4 Midtown stations (see area map). It is slightly closer to the North Avenue station, though if you are coming from the north, you can easily exit at Midtown as well. The area features the Georgia Tech Hotel, conference center and BBQ, pizza, deli and Asian restaurants.
For the shortest and most protected walk, take the Fox Theatre/AT&T exit out of the North Avenue station. After exiting the fare gates, walk straight ahead through the shopping mall and exit onto 3rd Street. Turn left onto 3rd then right onto West Peachtree. Tech Square is less than two blocks up on the left at 5th Street.
When exiting at the Midtown station, take the Peachtree Place exit out of the station and turn right. Next, turn left onto West Peachtree Street and walk down to 5th Street.

MARTA to the Georgia World Congress Center
The Georgia World Congress Center is one of the easiest destinations to get to on MARTA. It essentially has its own train station, the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena Station, which is one stop west of Five Points (see area map).
If you are coming from the north or south lines, such as from the airport, you will have to transfer at Five Points. Make sure you follow signs to the WESTBOUND platform. It is usually better to exit to the outside (not center) platform. When in doubt, just follow the signs as there are plenty that can direct you to the westbound train.
Once you get to the station, take the Philips Arena exit out of the station. After exiting the fare gate and going up the escalators, veer to the left to enter the courtyard that is in front of the Georgia Dome and the Georgia World Congress Center.

MARTA to the Georgia Capitol
The Georgia State Capitol building is only one block away from the Georgia State MARTA Station on the blue/green rail line. The building is open to the public Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed on weekends and holidays. Visit website for tour information.
If you are coming from the red or gold rail line, exit at the Five Points Station and follow the signs to the Eastbound platform. Get on the first eastbound train and ride one stop to the Georgia State Station. Take the Piedmont Avenue exit out of the station and turn left on Piedmont Avenue. Walking time is less than 10 minutes. Nearby destinations include Underground Atlanta and Georgia State University.

MARTA to Emory University Hospital Midtown
Formerly the Crawford Long Hospital, the Emory University Hospital Midtown is located near the N3 North Avenue station (see area map). Ride the train to North Avenue and take the exit out of the station marked “To West Peachtree Street” or “To North Avenue”. At street level walk straight to across over North Avenue (toward the Bank of America tower) and keep walking straight ahead alongside West Peachtree Street. You will find an entrance about 1.5 blocks down (see an image of the hospital entrance). There is also a main entrance off of Peachtree Street, one block to the east.
The alternate route is to exit at the N2 Civic Center station and walk north on West Peachtree Street. The hospital is about halfway between the two stations. The other main Emory hospitals are located on the Emory University campus, accessible via bus 6 (see MARTA directions to Emory University).

MARTA to the CDC
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at the Emory University campus is accessible by a MARTA bus route, though is not in walking distance from a train station (see area map).
Bus 6 departs from the E3 Inman Park and N6 Lindbergh MARTA station. This route goes completely through Emory on Clifton Road and also has a stop at the Emory Village. Exit at Clifton and Houston Mill Road for the closest access to the CDC.
The free CCTMA Cliff Shuttle is another option. You can board the shuttle at the E6 Decatur station bus bay starting at 5:30am and ending at 8pm. The MARTA bus runs past the CDC until just after 11pm.
If you are coming from the airport, the best route would be to take any northbound train to the Lindbergh Center station and catch bus 6. Otherwise, you will have to transfer trains at Five Points to get to the other stations. Another option is to take the train to Lindbergh and from there take a taxi to the CDC. There are usually taxis available outside the station.

MARTA to the AmericasMart
A buyer and sellers showroom of the latest fashions and products, the AmericasMart is located next to the Peachtree Center MARTA station.
Take any red or gold line to the Peachtree Center Station and take the exit marked “To Harris Street” off the train platform. After walking through the fare gate, follow the signs again to “Peachtree Street West”. At street level, turn left alongside Peachtree Street and the Mart will be just ahead on the left. Total walking time is approximately five minutes.

MARTA to Bank of America
If you need to do some banking or use an ATM, there are several Bank of America’s near train stations:
S2 West End
This Bank of America branch is directly across from the station entrance.
E6 Decatur
Take the Church Street exit out of the station and turn left onto Church Street, left onto Ponce and a right onto Clairemont.
Five Points
Take the Peachtree Street exit out of the station and immediately after exiting the fare gates, turn left and go up the escalator to the Broad Street plaza. Walk across the plaza and keep walking straight on Broad Street. The bank will be on the left.
N1 Peachtree Center
Exit at Peachtree Center and take the exit marked “To Harris Street” from the train platform. Exit the fare gates and follow the signs to Peachtree Street East. At street level turn right.
N3 North Avenue
The Bank of America tower sits next to the North Avenue station, with an ATM directly across the street from the station entrance. Follow the signs to the West Peachtree Street exit out of the station and walk across North Avenue to get there.
N4 Midtown
Exit the station onto 10th Street and turn right. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Peachtree Street and walk about block.
N6 Lindbergh
Take the northernmost exit out of the station and walk straight ahead on Lindbergh Lane for about two blocks. Turn right when the street comes to a T (Main Street/Sidney Marcus). The bank is on the next corner.
N7 Buckhead
After exiting the fare gates, take the first set of stairs, or the escalator, out of the station and turn left at street level. Walk about two blocks and the bank will be on the left across from Lenox Mall.
N9 Dunwoody
This branch is a little bit farther to get to – at least 15 minutes. Exit the Dunwoody fare gates and turn right. Walk down the corridor and down the stairs. At street level turn right and follow the sidewalk between the parking garages to reach the Perimeter Mall entrance. Walk all the way through the mall, exit the mall and turn left along Ashford Dunwoody Road and walk about a block.
MARTA to Amtrak
Atlanta’s Amtrak station is in Midtown Atlanta at 1688 Peachtree Street. To get there on MARTA, take a red or gold line train to the Arts Center Station and follow the signs to the buses. Be sure to tap your Breeze ticket or card when exiting the fare gate to get a free transfer to th
Board bus 110 that is labeled “Buckhead Station” or “Lenox Station” (be advised there is also a southbound bus, so be sure to board the one heading north). You can tell the driver you’d like to exit at the Amtrak station if you aren’t sure of the stop. You’ll want to indicate the bus to stop as you pass over the interstate if you are coming from the Arts Center. If coming from Buckhead, indicate a stop just after crossing the stoplight at Deering Road (see area map).
If you are arriving at the Amtrak station, Peachtree Street runs right next to the station. Stand at the closest bus stop along the same side of the street as the station to board bus 110 to the Arts Center station. Or if you cross Peachtree Street, you’ll travel northbound to Buckhead and Lenox Mall, stopping at both the Buckhead and Lenox MARTA stations. You can pay cash to ride the bus. A one-way fare is $2.50, but does not include a transfer to the train. You can purchase a Breeze Card online in advance to save money and receive a free rail transfer.

MARTA to CNN
The CNN Center sits very close to the W1 GWCC/Dome/Philips Arena Station on the blue/green rail line. The Inside CNN Studio Tour is a popular destination for tourists and you can also get a bite to eat in the building’s food court. There are also several other nearby restaurants that you can eat at before or after your visit.
If you are coming from the north or south, be sure to exit at the Five Points station and follow the signs to the Westbound platform. Exit at the first westbound stop and follow the signs pointing toward Philips Arena.
Keep walking straight past Philips Arena once you exit the fare gate and go up the escalator and steps. The CNN Center will be about a block ahead at the corner of Marietta Street and Centennial Olympic Park Drive (see map).

MARTA to Greyhound
The Atlanta Greyhound Bus Station (see map) is located at 232 Forsyth Street right next to the Garnett MARTA Station on the red/gold rail line . Garnett is one stop south of Five Points, and the area is a little questionable, so use caution when traveling after dark.
You can buy your Greyhound tickets online to save any waiting at the station. Passengers should be at the station 20 minutes before departure. If you are arriving at the Greyhound station, you can buy a MARTA Breeze card at the vending machines inside the Garnett Station.
