MARTA to the Sandy Springs Festival

The Sandy Springs Festival has been ongoing for over 20 years, and attendees can enjoy an artist market, live music, petting zoo, pet parade, 5k/10k and more.  It takes place at Heritage Green, 6075 Sandy Springs Circle, Sandy Springs, GA, closest to the Dunwoody MARTA Station on the red rail line.

To get to the Dunwoody Station, riders need to be on a North Springs train if coming from downtown, midtown or Buckhead.  Remember if you are traveling after 7pm, you can only board the North Springs train at the Lindbergh Center Station.

If you are coming from the gold rail line from stations such as Doraville, Chamblee, Brookhaven or Lenox, you must take a southbound train to the Lindbergh Center Station and transfer to a northbound, North Springs train there.

Once at the Dunwoody Station, follow the signs to the buses and board bus 5 or bus 87.  Exit the bus at Hilderbrand Drive and Roswell Road where there is a stoplight.  Walk one block west (head toward the side of the street with the Fast Signs business) on Hilderbrand then turn left on Bluestone Road to reach the park.
