The Five Points MARTA station is located at the center of downtown Atlanta at 30 Alabama Street. It has station entrances off of Alabama, Peachtree and Forsyth Streets (see area map). It is also the only station that has access to both the north-south and east-west rail lines and is two stories deep underground, with the red/gold lines that travel north and south on the lowest level and the blue/green lines that travel east and west just below street level.
All trains stop at Five Points and there are numerous bus routes that connect with this station, which travel to destinations such as Sweet Auburn, Virginia Highlands, MLK Jr. Drive, Turner Field, southeast Atlanta and Grant Park/Zoo Atlanta. In addition there is access to the Braves Shuttle and an express route to Lithonia.
There is no parking at this station and passenger pick-up is not easy or ideal, though the Forsyth Street exit is the best location for dropping off or picking up.
