The Georgia Dome is located at 1 Georgia Dome Drive NW, in between the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena station and the Vine City MARTA station on the blue/green rail line that runs east and west through Atlanta. The venue is the home of the Atlanta Falcons, and features large music concerts and other sporting events.
Taking MARTA is a great option, as the Dome station features a direct entrance into the Georgia Dome. If you are coming from the red or gold rail line, you must transfer at the Five Points station to a westbound train. At Five Points, follow the signs to the westbound train platform and board the first westbound train marked Bankhead or H.E. Holmes.
Once on a westbound train, the Dome Station is only one stop away from Five Points. After exiting the train, follow the signs pointing to the Georgia Dome (which has its own exit separate from Philips Arena). You can also take the Philips Arena exit for access to the courtyard in front of the Georgia Dome.
- Trains run every 20 minutes on weekends and after 9 p.m. on weekdays.
- Train service across the whole system ends around 1:30 a.m.
- If you are looking for a close place to park and ride, park at the Inman Park Station or Candler Park Station and board the first westbound train that arrives. You’ll also find plenty of parking with a short commute at the West Lake or H.E. Holmes Station west of the city.
- Other stations good for parking include Lindbergh Center, East Lake, Avondale, Kensington and Indian Creek.
