To get to the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center, take MARTA to the Civic Center station. At street level, go south (toward downtown) on West Peachtree Street and then turn left onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. Cross over Peachtree Street and Courtland — the Civic Center is at the third intersection at Piedmont Avenue. The walking distance is about 3 1/2 blocks or 11 minutes.
It is better to go this route than take Pine Street because of the homeless shelter.
